Switching Back To Console?

I have seen a few threads regarding this issue, but there doesn't seem to be an fixes. After using the NVIDIA drivers if i go back to a text console it is REALLY distorted and has massive issues.

Is there a fix?

I think there is a bug or in nvidia's new drivers or maybe in some mainboars

mine is even worse....... it lock up whole system after switching back to text console (including restart and shutdown) :( that implies me can't use rh9
please make the fix available soon

I'm having the same problems as bahamot with the 4349-drivers on my Phoebe-3 system. It's annoying beond belief so it would be nice if we could see a fix soon.

Mine seems to work if I install the 3xxxx version drivers. I think I'm just going to have to do that for now, as the system isn't really usable like this. It may work for you guys too.
