cd/dvd menu creator for programs?

Im looking for the best and easiest program to create good looking cd's or dvd's menus with auto run feature for diferent aplications.. for example if i want to create a DVD or cd that main menu allows you to ->launch the original main autorun menu of diferent aplications or at least to run their following setup.

I would like to make a super utilities DVD with the best of the best small aplications or a super game patch or drivers DVD ,with a nice looking menu with all my games or drivers .
