Low Refresh Rate 63.9 X 60: RH 8.0 & NVIDIA GeForce 4

I have Future Power Monitor 19 inch with Red Hat 8.0. I'm using for a couple of months already. The refresh rate is very low 63.9 and 60.

On Windows I had resolution about 100- 110. The Monitor info and Video card info is given below:

Resolution 1280X1024
Color Depth - Thousands of colors (16 bit)
Monitor Model - NVIDIA GeForce 4 (generic)

Monitor Type - Monitor Model
Horizontal Refresh Rate 60.5 - 88.5
Vertical Refresh Rate 70.0 - 90.0

Video Card Tyep - NVidia GeFOrce 4 generic
Memory Size - 64 megabytes
Driver - vesa


Also, my eyes are burning , so how can I change the refresh rate. Any help will be appreciate.
