I only paid $7 for a month subscription but I've been d/ling demos left and right too! :D I really hope this will increase performance . . . I'm at 1.0GB of 1.38GB.

Maybe its me but the mp isnt my cup of tea, played for maybe 15 min but thats it. Think i'll wait for the sp demo.
The camera also has no movement when walking or running, it feels pretty wierd.
I can only muster 30fps avg at 1680x1050 with the comp in my specs on med settings.

idk, here where I live we have a 6mb connection
we can get 8mb for 10 bucks more a month
but theres nothing higher

what part of Michigan are you in? I just moved back to Miami from Grand Rapids last saturday :D

What type of performance should I expect from my GTS? Hope it can at least hover around 30 fps...

Im in the Flint/Burton area
I hate my connection
For browsing and gaming its good
I just can never get a good dl speed! bleh...

Your GTS should run it fine. I doubt it can max the game out at a high resolution, but you'll definitely enjoy the game.

How do u get extra keys under the same account ?

When I tried, it just gave me the same key I already have..

EDIT : I'm a moron. Lol. figured out you have to register a new account, which i did for my gf, and now she has her own key. Yay !

Downloading client @ 100-200 kb/s :)

actualy a bit, i was playing on an uk server with ping 167 ... was quite playable actually

they jsut need to update all the US server ... cuz Beta 2 server cant be connected with beta 3 client ....

the new FY71 incendiary bullet rulez.. costs 50 bux/30 bullets tho


but if u buy FY71 (125p)+ 1 x FY71 incendiary clip (50p) = 175p... the 1st clip gives u 60 bullets, then its 50 bux / 30 bullets after the 1st clip

oh ps u can only connect to server with "BETA3" at the end of their name ... with beta 3 client ... took me a while to find a server actually

Maybe a little better performance but there is still a bug with texture loading. I had yellow everything for about 5-10secs after connecting to a server.

omfg.... f u Youtube!! I was watching a clip on there and bam Opera crashed while still downloading the beta!!! luckily I opened it back up and resumed, damn you youtube! :rofl

How do you turn on AA and AF? I'd like to try those options out . . .

AA most likely not at all, because the 7-series canīt do HDR+AA, the setting should be greyed out. AF through the Nvidia control panel. There is a console command line "r_Texture_Anisotropic_Level = 16 " but it didnīt work with BETA2, had to force it through the driver.

Edit: I see you have a 8600GT now (congrats!), well in that case you should be able to simply pick the level of AA in the options.
