Hopefully its DX10 and Nvidia will have a driver that makes it perform good.

Anyone want to share there key -.-? Just got the demo file off GA, lucky it was hosted there, since the download content is unmetered for me >< (GG Australia lol) anyway if anyone is bored or just feel like in the giving mood let me know -.-..i want to see how well it runs atm lol

is very hard when u got the beta 3 file ><..its like its there..inside a glass bottle...cant touch..and i need special glasses to see through the glass -.-...

:(

plus when demo came out for MP i was capped. so now i am uncapped

I see there is a parachute in the beta, how does one use it once purchased? I can't find the deploy button and fall to my death every time.

since installing this on XP iv been hooked on the mp beta

i should have followed others long ago instead of trying it on vista then giving up

but uhm, im thinking when the single player demo comes out THIS WEEK! then
vista performance in Dx10 will shine :D

well no new betas.. no new info.. can only talk about buggy beta multiplayer for so long. ;)

I just tried out a few new cfg settings and I have to say I'm impressed. Improved sunshafts, water reflections (reflects more objects and they get updated more often), higher quality LODs for trees, bushes, structures, disabled texture LODs, forced occlusion mapping. Almost nothing is "popping up" anymore, sharper textures in the medium-long distance, and the performance hit seemed actually neglectible. :)

logic. common sense, or whatever you want to call it, says it will be well optimized.

why do you think they delayed the demo a month in the 1st place?

we all know the recommended gpu is the 8800. coupled with a c2d, and
2gb of ram Crysis will run great. (not at insanely high resolutions tho)..

most of us have this configuration, or similar.

hell, the beta runs great for some people.. self included.

Perhaps but there may be some optimistic morons running tail if this Fridays version is not much faster.

It really can go either way.

I have a beta key if someone wants it. I played the game once and it ran like crap so I uninstalled it :thumbdwn: Hopefully the demo is better.
