Pare...you are having way better luck than mine.

I now have to up the cpu voltage to 1.375 V to overclock to 3.GHz :(

Can't overclock more than that :(

I guess a new quad core for me in December :)

3.4ghz (425x8) @1.45v ...its stable in prime but my temps went up to 62c.

the thermal specification of e6420 is 60.1c

baka pare...but this mobo got sobra overclocking results at Vr-Zone, Anandtech and Toms.

I think it is the CPU because, I can get 400 MHZ fsb at lower multipliers upto 8X @ 2.8GHz...but not at 3.2 GHz etc

ay ok. baka your e4400 revision number is the newer one. mine is the (L2) revision. they say the L2 is the good overclocker.

stable @1.43v :) @load (prime) highest temp is 60c.
