1400x1050 resolution doesn't work

Hi!

I've got redhat 8.0 installed on my Acer 632LC notebook with a GeForce 2go and the latest drives available. The drivers work fine, but only up to 1280x1024, which ist't really pretty on a 1400x1050 screen. If I choose the 1400x1050, still the 1280x1024 is used.
I've read some threads here about that problem, made some suggested changes at the xf86config (see attach), but it still doesn't work. Anyone can help a linux n00b?

Can you post a verbose X log? Run

startx -- -logverbose 5
and post a copy of /var/log/XFree86.0.log.
