I'd go with the abit IP35 series ( regular, e or pro). I'm running my ip35-pro q6600 G0 @ 3.6ghz absolutely stable with an X8800 GTX. 13k in 3dmarks 06.

ECS is out of the question if you're overclocking.
I'd generally go with Asus, Gigabyte is also nice. In my case I prefer Asus because of memory compatibility, last time I tried Corsair ram on Abit boards it was hell.

I just got the Gigabyte mobo and it rocks! I'm not done OC'ing just yet but it has some really nice features.

I'm very happy with my Gigabyte mobo too. Running at 3.24ghz currently(orthos stable) on my quad and I'm sure can go higher.
Heres a Gigabyte P35 Bearlake Roundup by FiringSquad.
Gigabyte keeps producing quality boards in all niches of the motherboard market. The budget performance crowd should be pleased with the new P35-DS3R and its variants. Meanwhile, enthusiasts should be very happy with the new P35-DQ6 and its DDR3 sibling, the P35T-DQ6.

I have the Gigabyte board and its been great.
I'd imagine you couldn't go wrong with either it or the Asus, but i'd stay away from the ECS.

I think i'll go with the Asus P5K original mobo. It's got heatpipes and some nice overclocking abilities.
