I know this might sound stupid, but is it possible to overclock my laptop? Its got 2GB RAM, and an ATI Mobility Radeon X1300 (check my sig). Will ATI Tools safely run on my laptop and be over to overclock, or will my laptop just overheat and die?

Laptops usually don't have a whole lot of thermal head room. So probably best to stick with stock.

Besides Laptops are for work and or study? Why aren't you working are or studying?! :nono:

Damn, seeing topic-header gave me flashbacks from the movie Marathon man from 76,where this nazi dentist drills in dustin hoffmans teeth (without a local anaesthetic) while constantly asking that question:IS IT SAFE?

yea I agree with crain, the cooling solutions in laptops are fairly generic and don't allow much room for overclocking. Also I think at the 1300 level (my laptop has a 1300 too), you either can run the game or you can't. ;)
