We have an hp 8120n media center w/ duo core quad processor and windows vista. My husband removed the 7350 Le card and installed a bfg geforce 8800 gts 640mb graphics card and he also installed a new power supply 650 watt. He has installed all drivers from microsoft and nvidia. Any way when you turn off the computer it won't turn back on. He has to unplug the power supply and plug it back this is the second power supply he returned the first by recom. of tech at bfg. Bfg thinks it could be the mother board and suggested swapping out the computer. Thanks for your help.

I agree it sounds like a motherboard issue since the PSU is ATX. A simple work around would be to get a power strip and connect the computer to it. The rocker switch on the power stripe would mitigate the need to unplug it from the PSU at the rear of the computer. The power strip could be located in an easily accessible location.

A $5 power strip beats the cost of a new computer/motherboard.
