Quicktime Plugin errors

Well everytime i try and watch a video streaming online, whether its on IE or firefox, quicktime always performs illegal operations. I have the latest firefox and IE and 7.2 quicktime

Try running Apple Software Update to see if here any security updates for fixes.

Remove Quicktime and download and install Quicktime Alternative.

I had this same problem with both quicktime and alternative, I had to put video option to software instead of hardware for it to work again, guessing a driver issue with my card, I put it back to hardware after a couple days and problem stayed away.
