i have a a8n32 sli and 7800 gtx cards whitch are connected too the 6 pin pci leads

my question is do i still plug the molex (4 pin) in to the ez plug on mb??

i have readed the manual about 10000 times and think i am only suppose to use this if the cards are not powered

You get better responses here when you use punctuation.

I always plug it in, just to be sure. It gives power not only to the PCIE card, but on some motherboards it also helps stabilize voltage for the whole board. If you have a spare connection, its well worth plugging it in there regardless.

I wouldn't loose sleep over it though, if you don't have an extra molex. Since you are powering the cards through the 6-pin, you should really be just fine.
