Windows Restart Problem

Whenever I restart my PC I constantly get a "Disk Boot Failure" error message. If I do a cold start I am fine, and it never happens.

Anyone know what causes this and what solution there can be for it?

Disable Quick POST and/or look for BIOS updates?
