What do you recommend ? Speedfan, Motheboard Monitor... I generally used the one that came from the motherboard maker but I'd be curious to find out the temps of the individual cores on my Q6000.

As usual I rush to post and then find additional info from googleing :D
Coretemp (http://www.alcpu.com/CoreTemp/), TAT and Speedfan seem to be the tools. This guide (http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/221745-11-core-quad-temperature-guide) on Tom's sheds some light on CPU temp monitoring with Core2. Must find the time to read it properly.

I use speedfan sometimes. Most of the numbers out of MBM seem "whacked" so I don't bother with it. Rivatuner and ATiTraytool can display/graph cpu and mb temps over time which is nice so I use those primarily. This functionality only works w/ certain MBs so don't assume you will be able to do the same.

Core temp has issues on Vista 64bit so I run everest. It uses a vista side bar to display CPU mobo and GPU core Diode mem and ambient :D
