XFX 8800U XXX with rivatuner reported 96sp

Hi all,

Just been using rivatuner to look at my card as per the title and only 96 stream processors were enabled out of 128. I used rivatuner to enabled the other 2 blocks and now it is working at full speed.

Any other 8800U, 8800GTX, XFX 8800 owners ever seen this?

Maybe I was just unlucky, I bought this at the start when XFX were sending out cards to reviewers without finalised clocks so maybe my card went out as a massively overlocked 8800GTS !

Glad I spotted it though..... thanks to Unwinder for his software by the way.

I really doubt it was a massively overclocked 8800GTS. Wouldn't it only have 640MB of ram if it were the case?

I may have been misread by Rivatuner as I am sure it has the proper amount of Streaming Processors. If you would like just to verify you can PM me the serial number off the back of the video card.
