Hey guys,

I recently aquired some Corsair DDR2 9136 1142Mhz memory. But I can't get it to run at 1142Mhz. Anybody else have this memory that could possibly help me? Rest of specs are in my sig.

Thanks in advance.

I've put together a few computers lately where the Corsair memory just wouldn't run at the stated speeds, Even had to rma the memory in this computer as it wouldn't hit the stated 1066... one stick registered as PC8500 and the other as PC10000 and the motherboard wouldn't detect it as SLI-Ready. Corsairs quality when it comes to memory has dropped quite a bit IMO.

I have same mem and running 1200mhz 2.2v on P35 chipset.
My OCZ died after 4 weeks(maybe thats why its called reaper.. ) and
anything over 1000mhz(rated 1066) was trouble so it could be a faulty pair you
got, like i did with the OCZs.

i did a quick search, and apparently, the evga 680i board has issues with this particular memory related to voltage. I found this:
