VP2 working on 8500gt/8600gt/8600gts with linux ?

Anybody know if nvidia linux drivers utilizes the vp2 capabilities of 8500gt/8600gt/8600gts ?

It would be nice to decreace the cpu load when playing full hd movies.

the GPU features a second video processing unit (VP2), for 100% offload of H.264 decoding during HD video playback.
