Dell 1900FP detected as a Samsung Lcd
3 Attachment(s)
Using the seperate screen option I'm running two monitors one a dell 1800fp and another dell 1900fp. Installed the driver using yum with kmod-nvidia. The 1800fp is detected just fine (it does say it's a CRT but the resolutions are ok) and I can run it at it's native resolution of 1280x1024; the 1900fp is detected as a samsung and can only run at a max of 1024x768. I'm using a GeForce 6200 card with the vga and dvi outputs.

I believe I have to disable the EDID information but I'm not sure of the sytax nor am I sure of where it goes in the xorg.conf file. I believe once I disable the EDID info I need to supply 'modelines'. I thought I had read that USEEDID ' FALSE' had been replace with something else but I never found out what that something else is. All I really want is my 1900fp to run at 1280x1024, however I can accomplish that would be great.

Per the stick I'm attached the nvidia bug log with logverbose 6. I've also attached the EDID info for both monitors.
