Mandrake 9.0

I am VERY new to the whole Linux thing...

Could somebody please post a comprehensive, basic, step-by-step guide to installing the latest GeForce4 drivers under Mandrake 9.0?

I have read many different guides and they are all slightly different and generally don't work :(
