Compiler errors when compiling 180.44 for 2.6.30-rc1

1 Attachment(s)
I tried successfully to compile the 2.6.30-rc1 kernel itself, after it has been released today, but the nvidia driver 180.44 was unable to compile the nvidia module for this kernel.
The platform is amd64 and I've used the same kernel configuration (of curse adapted it to the new kernel, but without any significant changes in the kernel configuration) with 2.6.29.1 and the same nvidia driver release with success. Therefore it seems to be some change within the kernel code that brakes the nvidia module.

As an attachment, I've added the logfile of the nvidia installer.

this was explained few times (search for similar problems with 2.6.29/2.6.29-git error appeared in 2.6.29-git9 after "owner reference was removed from the kernel) already:
remove "owner" reference from nv.c
this will work until nvidia fixes driver.
Your kernel is beta by the way, so you should fix this yourself until nvidia adjusts driver.

this applies to almost any new kernel-release or *-rc1:clever:

Thanks for your help!

I didn't think this code is unimportant enough to simply comment it out, but it runs well without it and compiles with no errors, so it seems to be unimportant.
So everyone who encounters the same errors: Just remove / comment out all lines where this error occurs and afterwards the code will compile without errors!
