Stuck / Bug at near end of Crysis, help
 
Hello all,
I jst built a kick ass computer system with quad sli 295's.
Running 1920x1200 at very high resolution on Windows Vista 64 ( cannot run t 2560x1600, frame rates are too slow )

ANyways I am at the end and the stupid TAC cannon will NOT lock onto the right side of the mothership.
I ALREADY shot down the 4 canons. I ALREADY used the TAC cannon once on the left hand side, BUT on the right hand side, the thing will not lock on.
What the hecks going on?
Is there something I have to do?
I dont want to just quit and watch the ending on Youtube.
Why the heck is there so many bugs in this game?

It should get a good lock like shown below:

The woman in the vtol will say the 2nd shield is down on the right side of the alien mothership, after that you should be able to get a good lock.

Hey man,
thanks for your reply, BUT as you can see from my screenshots, the stupid gun does NOT lock on.
Do I have to do something like enable the gun, I use my binoculars and it clearly shows the right hand side is where I have to lock on, but it does not!!
If this is a bug, its pretty lame.

Did you patch Crysis?

I think there was some issue about the encounter and corrupted savegames.

I had that problem the first time I went through... I think I had to go back to an earlier save and that fixed it. Definitely patch that sucker if you haven't already. Also look in the Crysis feedback thread for additional help... it's been so long I can't remember the exact fix.
