What Resolution is supported

I'm having a problem increasing the resolution of my new Samsung 933SN monitor. I'm using openSUSE 11.0 with KDE 3.50. I'm using an ASROCK ALiveNF6G-DVI motherboard using an Integrated NVIDIA GeForce6-class graphics DX9.0 VGA chip.

Every time I try to set the resolution using YAST and run the test, the test always shows 1024x768 for every resolution I set above 1024x768. If I set it lower, it works at the lower speed. So something (I think) is limiting the resolution.

So, my question is what resolutions does the Integrated NVIDIA GeForce6-class graphics DX9.0 VGA chip support?

Re: What Resolution is supported

Your problem is not what your card support but which modes get validated.
Please add
Code:

Option ModeDebug "1"
to the screen or device section of your /etc/X11/xorg.conf.

Restart X and create a bugreport.
