Dual GTX 295 in SLI, garbage on screen

2 Attachment(s)
I have Asus M4N82 Deluxe motherboard with 980i chipset and two GTX 295 cards in SLI mode. The problem is that after some time playing games or running graphics benchmarks screen became garbaged. The system is still alive so i was able to create log file and screenshot.

OS is openSUSE 11.2 64 bit with latest 190.42 driver installed.

Under Windows 7 64 bit with latest 191.05 driver - same situation. At some point of playing screen became garbaged until rebooting. And last time under Windows 7 spontaneous BSODs appear regardless of driver version.

You can notice psi crashes in log file - this is the moment when session became active. And right after that after some period of time goes NVRM Xids - this was benchmark launch.

So what this could be? Problems with drivers (maybe 64-bit specific), bad hardware, low power supply (I have Cooler Master 850 Watts)?

I have the same MB with 2x 285GTX. Depending on your CPU (I guess its something like Phenom2 x4 940) and your other installed Components I would say your PSU is too weak for 2 295 Cards, dunno if CoolerMaster has any good PSU's but I'd suggest to have at least 1000W for your Configuration, get a BeQuiet or Enermax PSU, those are very good quality. It could also be another problem, don't count on my words :p

Thanks, Milena, you have a clue. Just runned another benchmark and pilot before PSU turned off automatically - looks like my PSU tried to take too much power from it. Yes, I have a Phemon II x4 965, according to specs it consumes 140 Watts in peak + 295 Watt per card it results in 730 Watts just for CPU and GPUs.

I still want that someone from Nvidia team confirmed this looking at log.
