Question about a Win 7 license

If I purchase a Window 7 license. How do I get the software?

Wherever you got the key from should have given you the DVD media, legally speaking anyway.

Microsoft used to sell just Windows XP keys (no disc) for a discount, do they still do this with Windows 7? I don't remember them doing it with Vista.
