[BUG REPORT] 195.30 Memory and core clocks cannot be changed/adjusted

I have no powermizer here since my BIOS doesn't support power profiles, but NVIDIA drivers 195.30 don't allow to manually change memory and core clocks of my 8800GT GPU.

I set desired clocks in nvidia-settings but changes don't get applied - driver seems to immediately reset clock frequencies back to the factory default values.

Please, fix this bug.

Aaron, Zander, anyone?

Can you at least confirm this bug report?

I'm aware of this thread, at least. I haven't had a chance to look into this problem, though. Unfortunately, I also can't promise I will soon.
