Any DirectX 11 books in the horizon?

I ask this because I usually code in OpenGL, but now DirectX 11 hardware is out on the streets (although I'm waiting for Fermi) I would like to get my hands on a good programming book, the kind of book with 600+ pages to be entertained for quite a long time and try to do something productive with the API, but...

So far, no DirectX 11 book on sight, I'm tired of looking on Amazon and just looking at DirectX 10 ones... so, that's the question...

Is there any plans to release a full book on DirectX 11?

What language you want?

I was hoping to find a dx11 book for C#, which I am about to finish learning.

What would you say is the best DX10 book for C#?

Whops, it's right... I kind of 'pre-assumed' the book had to be in C/C++ form, which is the language I'm more proficient at. About C#, I'm sorry, but never dealt with that language, and I have no real experience on managed code, so don't know :S
