Bought the Moxxie DLC for Borderlands and it asked for the key. So I entered it, activation failed. tried again failed again. Went to their site, downloaded their tool, which doesn't do anything but extract. Downloaded their diagnostic tool which also extracts nicely and sits very pretty in a folder.

So I have been blocked from playing what I bought, and effectively blocked from accessing the file on their site which will tell what's on my pc to activate properly. Quite thorough, they are. :lol:

just felt like making a thread giving props to Sr for protecting the publishers interests so diligently. :)

If anyone has run into this and knows of a fix for their fix, the info would be very welcome.

It never asked me for the Knoxx DLC, was surprised to see it on the Moxxie one.

Nope, everything through steam. Browsing around it seems to be a fairly common problem. It's just that the fix seems to work fine for some, but not others. I also created a trouble ticket for it, hoping I have a reply soon. With a fix - I'd really like to play what I bought. :lol:
