Going to be completely honest- I wish they'd develop an anti-piracy tool where if somebody used a pirated copy upon running the .exe it'd instantly launch a command that'd cause the unit to reboot into a non-windows environment where every drive connected to the computer (internal or external) would be formatted simultaneously. For folks with really large drives they'd likely have figured out what was going on and powered off the computer before the format got very far- but at least it'd render most of their data useless... recovery programs only work so well.

That'd be awesome. :D

Does Crysis 2 even have an anticheat for the multiplayer ? I know the demo didn't as i encountered many hackers on there.

I just payed £29.99 for this game! ... Only to find out that people can play both SP & MP for free! :thumbdwn:

Difference is that on the consoles they can ban the players making them unable to play online ever again with any game... far worse punishment in my opinion. If this is true this will hurt the Crysis 2 MP Community significantly since then I doubt there is a anti-cheat system.

No matter if i bought it for the MP of SP ... The point is Crytek are allowing pirates to play for free! ... This just spreads word to pirates!

Wow, retarded Crytek didn't even bother with any MP anti-piracy measures. Either they didn't think it was worth it or it just show how much work they put into the PC version. (lee)
