Support for NVS 4200m?

Forgive me if this is in the wrong place. I just got a Dell Latitude E6520, and I'm trying to install linux on it. Problem is, the default graphics drivers are shoddy at best and I can't seem to find the official ones. Is the NVS 4200m officially supported? If not, are there plans for it to be? I know it's a pretty new card. Thanks for the help.

Nope.

You have Optimus and Nvidia does not even have an Nvidia-only driver for such machines on Linux.

I believe you're stuck Intel-only graphics until David Airlie adds the necessary code to the Nouveau driver.

Well, the release notes for the 270.41.03 beta driver explicitly mention, among numerous new cards, support for NVS 4200M as well (dunno whether the capital M matters?). I don't have an Optimus card, so I cannot try. Could it be that NVIDIA did something on that issue?

Figured it out! The Latitude E6520 (and I assume the rest of the new latitudes) has a bios option to disable Optimus. I did that, installed 270.41.03 and we're all good!
