Nvidia GeForce 315M not supported

I have GeForce 315M onstalled in my laptop (Samsung RC710). I tried installing the newest drivers (270.41.19 as well as 275.09) but this model seems unsupported. Installation of driver fails with the message of unsupported hardware. In kernel logs I see:
NVRM: The NVIDIA GPU 0000:02:00.0 (PCI ID: 10de:0a7a) installed
NVRM: in this system is not supported by the 270.41.06 NVIDIA Linux
NVRM: graphics driver release. Please see 'Appendix A -
NVRM: Supported NVIDIA GPU Products' in this release's README,
NVRM: available on the Linux graphics driver download page at
NVRM: www.nvidia.com.

When will this model be supported?

Re: Nvidia GeForce 315M not supported

Your GPU is supported, but Optimus is not.

Still you can try this unofficial solution.

Re: Nvidia GeForce 315M not supported

I already tried it, but the problem is with nvidia driver. It doesn't want to recognize the device. It even fails to install complaining that no supported device was found. And 315M model is not on the list of supported hardware (while 310M, GT320, etc. are). So I'm wondering why this particular model is not supported and when it will be.

I guess you are SOL :)

Zander, Aaron, it's your fault :) Please, update supported devices list in a blob.
