SLI stuck in 2d mode
 

Just picked up 2 x 460 2gb cards. When both cards are hooked up the core clocks dont go over 51mhz, which I believe is 2d mode when I play games. I've tried a number of different drivers(driver sweeper and all) and switched the power saver mode to "prefer maximum performance". I've tried each card individually and they work fine by themselves. I have a Antec 750watt sli-certified psu.

Hum, I was gonna suggest you try switching the power saving mode to prefer maximum but I see you already tried that.
