nvidia driver issue with Gnome-Shell. slow rendering.

I have upgraded to Gnome3(version:3.2) in Debian Testing.
In Gnome-Shell(Gnome3) Session, Firefox shows misaligned pages, particularly the ones having more images, flash etc. also, jerky scrolling. it occurs in random websites. I managed to capture one image when I was posting a youtube video to a forum:

Here is a Desktop screen capture video I recorded which will elucidate the issue faced. Please see the video(Zip format 4MB):

I have tried disabling sync vblank settings and it doesn't help.
While in Gnome-fallback option, Firefox(Iceweasel) works fine.
Is this an issue with nvidia driver?
nvidia (debian)version: 290.10
gfx card: nvidia geforce 7300GT
distro: Debian wheezy/sid

Re: firefox slow, jerky scrolling and misaligned pages while scrolling. Gnome3+Debian

It is a issue with nvidia driver verified. gnome-shell works fine with default driver which is auto installed in linux mint distro for eg.
I want to know, if this bug is fixed? if not, where do I report this issue

Thanks in Advance,
praka123

Update:

I installed, latest nvidia(beta) 295.09 in this Debian testing system upgrading from 290.10 . but, the poor slow performance/rendering issue is still persisting.

I have attached nvidia-bug-report.

I tried to verify that the problem is with mutter window manager and nvidia driver interaction.

steps to reproduce:

* login into Gnome Classic(fallback) 3.2
* run "mutter --replace" (I've installed mutter 3.2 already)
* try using browsers, image viewers all pages/images looks garbled, misaligned especially if You slowly scroll with mouse. if I try to press any key or launch any application meantime like for example gnome-screenshot tool, the page suddenly align correctly. same with image viewing tools also. I believe, after using for few hours, the image acceleration became slower.

However, with metacity window manager, there is no such issues. gnome-shell has libmutter0 as dependency.
helpful people at Debian forums suggested the image rendering issue may be related to Clutter Library as "eye of gnome/shotwell" like apps render images out of sync.
Here are the details of installed versions:
Code:

root@..:~# apt-cache policy libmutter0

I'm experiencing the same set of issues on my Windows 7 computer with Nvidia drivers installed. Would you please let me know if/when you have found a solution?

Thanks!

I think, a Video of what is Happening when I slowly Scroll using mousewheel(usb mouse) through Firefox(Iceweasel) web browser page will be helpful to Nvidia developers.
Here is a Desktop screen capture video I recorded which will elucidate the issue faced. Please see the video(Zip format 4MB):
