Best SLR-Style Camera Under $150 USD?
Well I'm looking for the best "point n shoot" like this one (lcd yes | view finder I don't need).
My bro broke my last cam and gave me 100 to get a new one.:argh: I mostly will be shooting close-ups. Not new to cams but definitely not pro. 10MP min 720p would be nice 1080 would be godly:matrix: Forgive me if this is not the right thread (newb) |

Re: Best SLR-Style Camera Under $150 USD?
I don't think "best" and "under $150" can go in the same sentence when it comes to cameras. $150 is going to get you the very bottom of the line camera, while the best point and shoot cameras are around $500, such as Canon's G12. Even Canon's very cheapest cameras start at around $160, so if you want $150 or below you will have to stick with one of those "other" brands. But even so if you want to do closeups it's essential that you get a camera with "Macro mode".
Personally if I were you I would spend a little more and get a decent camera, like the $200 Canon Powershot SX150, which has good macro and 720 video. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16830120524 |
