Quadro NVS 140M - System don't poweroff with 295.20 driver

Hi,

When I try poweroff my Debian Squeeze (with Kernel 3.2.6) and nvidia driver 295.20, the system hangs. With 290.10 this problem don't happening.

Anyone knows how can I supply more info?

Please attach nvidia logs by running nvidia-bug-report.sh as root.
