Best Dual Graphics card for linux

Just a bit of product advice please!

I'm just putting together my ubuntu/mint desktop. I have 2 monitors (just purchased another). One is 19 inch the other 21 inch. What is the best dual card to go for?

I have plently of PCI-e slots on the mother board.

While gaming is not the top of my list I do want an all round smooth graphics experience and may have virtualised windoze also installed.
