oh boy more trouble for nvidia. looks like this card can easily compete with the ti4200-4600..most likely a pricerange between the two.

im sure itll be better specialy when AF and AA enable. I heard it will be priced at around $200-250. Im getting one for sure

A nice feature rich performing videocard= big trouble for GF4 Ti line.

thcdru2k 09-21-02 10:54 PM

yup. considering the price range, the only viable geforce 4 will be the ti4200, but i imagine nvidia would reduce prices by alot to combat the r9500. i wouldn't be suprised to see ti4600 at ti4400 price range, and the ti4400 at ti4200 price range, and the ti4200 becoming a sub 100 dollar card.

Ever since the R300 came out I had my eyes fixed on it rather the Nv30. This just adds to the SCHWEEEETNESS!!! :D

Ever since the R300 came out I started looking for an alternative to Nvidia :D

So how is Ati's Linux drivers?

if they can't even not contradict themselves, i wonder how legitimate this is. notice the name of the product on the page where it is listed as a RageXL 4mb, LOL.

The name of the card i dont understand it. It was an old ATI card from the rage days.
hmm we will have to wait.

Radeon 9500 = 4 pipelines
Radeon 9500 PRO = 8 pipelines

simple as that
