Would it be worth upgradeing
I game on a LG-3D Plasma Smart-HDTV at 1920 x1080.I have a i7-3820,cooled with a Corsair H-100, clocked at 4.3gig at default voltage 1.262v.It will do 5 gigs if I want to push it. But it runs nice and cool how I have it. I have 16 gigs of G.Skill memory that I run at 1600mhz 7-8-8-24, at 1.5v,on a Gigabyte X79-UD5.It has wireless internet connection. I have 2 ASUS GTX-670 Direct II running in SLI.I run it on a XFX 850watt silver Modular power supply in a ANTEC P280 case.
I thought about getting the new i7-4820K CPU and two GTX-770 or A Titian . But I can't see spending the money with just modest gains. I Guess I answered my own question. Has any done this and do you see a major difference. My cards run around 1150 to 1200mhz, so they are plenty fast enough at the resolution I run. Do you think I would see a 25% gains or not enough to blow the money. Probally better spent on something else.
