Cant find driver or extension??

1 Attachment(s)
I just installed NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-5328-pkg1.run on my mandrake 9.2 box which is a 3 year old Athlon PC sporting a new GeForce 3 Ti 200 card. The install went fine (no error messages anyway) but when I startx I see this error:
(EE) Failed to initialize GLX extension (NVIDIA XFree86 driver not found)
and glxinfo just returns:
name of display: :0.0
Xlib: extension "GLX" missing on display ":0.0".
Xlib: extension "GLX" missing on display ":0.0".
Xlib: extension "GLX" missing on display ":0.0".

Check if there's a line ' Load "glx" ' in the module section of your XF86Config file.

load "glx" is in the module section. Also, Option "NvAgp" "0" is in the device section as someone else suggested. And, according to lsmod, the nvidia module is loaded.
What else can I do?
