X slow startup and freezing when alternating from console to X with Riva TNT2

Video Card: Riva TNT2 32Mb RAM PCI
Driver Version: 1.0-5328
Distribution: Fedora Core 1 (2.4.22-1.2149.nptl)
Video Bios Revision: 02.05.19.03.00
Processor: AMD XP2000+
Motherboard: Asus A7V8X

Well, I'm having problem when X starts. It's takes so much time in NVIDIA logo (20-25 seconds). It started when I updated the driver version to 5328 together with the kernel version. I tried to install an older version of the driver but the problem continues. I have problems too when I alternate from a console to X, it freezes for 20 seconds showing my wallpaper and then other stuff appears. Any hint would be appreciate. My XFree log are attached. I think my XF86Config is OK, but I you want I post it on a reply.

Well,

I've tried now with 5336 driver and the problem persists.
I tried "NvAGP " and "0", "IgnoreDisplayDevices" "DFP, TV" too.

Any idea ?
