G4 MX440 tv-out no colors

I have GeForce MX 440 with tv-out on kerenl 2.4.20(slackware 9.0) and I can't get colors on my TV. I read all the post and I tried all the drivers from 4496 to 5336 and nothing. From time to time I got colors but only for several minutes on X and no colors on the console (on tv of course).
My config is:

and I got only one warning in the log:

(WW) NVIDIA(0): Not using mode "512x384" (not a valid TV mode)
I'm using an old minitor SAMTRON with
ModeLine "800x600/60Hz" 40 800 840 968 1056 600 601 605 628 +HSync +VSync

End the log is

We had that problem, and with the dvd player. It turned out to be a setting on the TV. Switching the default input from PAL to NTSC fixed it.
