Maya on RH9 refresh problem

hi everybody

I am running lunix pro (RH9) with Nividia Gforce FX5200 card, MSI Neo K8. When i switch view port using space bar, view ports are not refreshing.

Hi somushiv,

Unless I am very much mistaken this is not an Nvidia problem, but rather a Maya / RedHat 9 problem. Does everything apart from the viewports refresh look okay to you? For instance, your display as a whole _does_ refresh, yes?

(There are a couple of places where running Maya on RedHat are discussed, perhaps you will find an answer there. Googling "maya redhat 9" or something similar will get you started. Happy hunting. ;-)
