I was looking for an old thread I posted a few months ago about GF4 vs FX5900SE, and what's weird is that in the thread I am clearly replying back to DigitalWanderer's comments, but for some reason I no longer see his comments at all? Do I have him on ignore or something? Did he delete every single old post? What's going on? I've never put anyone on this forum on ignore.

We muzzled Digi a while back -- it's not user specific. Last I know, Digi can post to his hearts content but nobody will be able to see those posts except for Moderators. In other words, he's on a system-wide "ignore" list until MikeC believes Digi can behave himself. It's a form of disciplinary action we use when IP or nick-banning wouldn't be very effective.

Oh ok! I didn't realize he got in trouble. I thought maybe there was something wrong with my settings.

Digitalwanderer requested to be banned so I banned him. He was on the ignore feature before he requested to be banned. The posts you were looking for might have been deleted by Digi. He deleted posts to be able to post and keep the count at 6666. Digi had long been unhappy with our forums and it was time for him to move on to where he was satisfied.

This is dragging this thread a little OT, but I'll be quick about it. :) (Apologies in advance)

Regarding the locking of the thread, I don't mod that section, so my hands are tied. I have tried my best to stay exactly how I like to be (impartial).

The anti Nvidia stuff isn't really my scene either. Neither is anti ATI. For the most part, I comment & post Retro gaming news there, and tend to stay out of most graphic card matters.

But this is NvNews, and other site's business doesn't belong here. I apologise for taking this thread off topic.
