Low-level overclocking, latest RivaTuner not working with 65.73 or 66.00 drivers?

PNY 6800 GT.

I have been trying to overclock with RivaTuners low-level overclocker and the option is greyed out with the 66.00, I am using the latest RivaTuner that just came out and in the readme it says it supports the 66.00 ForceWare.

What am I doing wrong?

I don't like coolbits because it greys out the optimization options, and I like to have control over that.

Any other overclocking apps? I tried powerstrip but it REALLY screwed my computer up, made my gamma go nuts on an exit from a game, and made my benchmarks score half what they were.

IIRC you have to access overclocking through the driver section towards the bottom.
