The new driver & my geforce fx 5500 oc

I can't find mine listed?
Is it in this new driver & not the one that YAST installs? Because I can't figure out for the life of me how to install this file. Pretty new to Linux, but willing to learn...

NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-1.0-6111-pkg2.run

Help!
