Probably bandwidth issues, imagine a few hundred thousand people all trying to access it at the same time. Would make more sense to spread it around instead. At least to me anyway:cool:

I *think* they expect you to nab it off the autoupdater, if not other sites.

they do have links for it at the Official Unreal Technology website however. This is a page devoted to updates for UT, UT2k3, Unreal I, Unreal II, etc. In fact they have an even NEWER version of the direct3d renderer
