FX-5500 can not use console (CTRL+ALT+Fn)
 

Hello,

I actual run RHE4 on my notebook and everything works fine except the consoles. In the past I often have had problems with X but never with text mode.

The hardware browser shows
GeForce FX Go5250 NV34M

The documentation of the hardware vendor says
GeForce FX Go5600 NV31M

After switching to the console with CTRL-ALT-Fn the behaviour of the LCD display is like on an overclocked monitor.


Any idea what's going on and what to change?
