Who are the moderators on this forum and who are administrators? What can't moderators do? Is there a list somewhere on this forum?

Well, MikeC is the administrator... Only one that I know of...

I would suspect that many of the server maitenance tasks, would be in the hands of an administrator, rather then a mod. Things such as shuting down and rebooting the servers (unless Mike's host takes care of that aspect for him), along with backup and recocovery, and other such tasks... Backups, server software upgrades/patching, and the like tend to fall on the shoulders of the admin, else the hosting site (in which case it falls on the shoulders of the hosting provider's admin).

Mike's powers would also go beyond the forums themself, and extend to the entire site (including front page and what not). It after all is, in a manner of speaking, his site...

The entire forum however runs on my spirit which I kindly left behind when I stepped down as a moderator. :angel:

Then you can tell me. Who are the only ones who can change someone's username? Only MikeC or the mods as well?

Actually yes, because you're the only one who has the title Administrator as a profile besides MikeC.
