E-mail notification of new replies?

Hello all!

I seem to be missing e-mail notifications when I get new replies in this forum. I checked my e-mail address, settings, etc. They all looked fine. Is anyone else having this problem? Or did I miss any other settings?

Thank you in advance. :)

Is your email the same as when you joined in 2002? Your user profile has instant email notification on subscribed threads. There might be a chance your email is filtering out the notifications.

In the 7800gtx contest thread (really the only one I set to recieve email notification in the past); I noticed that not every reply was necessarily sent a notification. Usually if 2 replies were close together, it would notify for the first, but not for another reply made by someone else 2 seconds latter...

Are you getting some, or none at all? If you're not getting any, not sure what to say unless your logged email address is no longer current or something.

Usually, not always, you will only get one notification per thread that you have subscribed to until you open it.

Yes, the same one. And I already checked the administrator about the e-mail filters.

Odd, I didn't get the last three e-mail notifications. Time for me to tell MikeC. :(

Actually, when I used it in that contest thread, I definitely got more then 1, but when the posts were spaced out a bit. For instance, if someone spammed 2 pages of nothing but their posts, I didn't get an email for everyone. However, I typically checked my email client back then, and might have gotten 5 or 10, when more like 30 or 50 posts were made :lol2:
