TwinView support for 5120x1600

It would be great if the next release supported Twinview for dual 30-inch LCDs (side-by-side)

Hmmm...it says in the notes for 8756 release highlights that they "Added ability for OpenGL applications to span greater than 4096 pixels when in Xinerama." However, that says nothing of the ability to *display* resolutions greater than that (furthermore, does that TwinView setup use Xinerama? Been a while since I've used multiple displays).

Obviously, make sure you using the latest drivers...good luck.

Twinview emulates Xinerama to X apps.

Sorry, should have included a copy of the configuration:

linux 2.6.17-1.2157_FC5smp
xorg-x11-apps-7.0-1
NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-8762-pkg1.run + NVIDIA_kernel-1.0-8762-U072006.diff.txt
Quadro FX 4500
dual Dell 3007WFP 2560x1600
rdesktop-1.4.1-3.2.1

You still might find it works with two cards using Xinerama rather than using TwinView. TwinView provides Xinerama hints to applications, which isn't quite the same as it emulating Xinerama. Certainly I've no problems using a 1600x4800 screen formed by bonding two cards with a total of four outputs using TwinView and Xinerama.
