Cannot modprobe nvidia driver
 

I gave a geforcemx 100 card. No matter which driver version I try (7174, 7184, 8774) there's always the same problem:
While using Nvidia installer, the driver is compiling fine, but I cannot load the module properly - After inserting the module I get the following error (dmesg):

The devices: /dev/nvidia0 and /dev/nvidiactl are in place, but when I then try to start X the computer hangs completely (I can only do hardware reboot).
Anyone else had this problem?

Ok - the problem was broken mandriva kernel 2.6.18rc7.1. Everytking works fine on the original kernel.
